Having been open for 10 years, we are constantly striving to exceed your expectations with each & every event. We offer many different “packages” & options, in the pages here. Everything from a simple cocktail party to a full blown extravaganza!

We do have a couple of spaces available for parties, here at The Downtown. The first floor of The Downtown hosts a large circular bar, in the middle of the room, surrounded by unclothed high top tables & backed bar stools. We have a back room with a seated capacity of 18 & a standing room capacity of about 25 guests with dining height tables & chairs on one side, banquette seating on the other. The second floor of The Downtown has a standing room capacity of 150 guests & a seated capacity of 70 guests, with unclothed high top tables & backed bar stools.

Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator to the second floor, but once guests are upstairs, they are self-contained, with a bar & restrooms in the same large, open room.

We are normally open on Friday & Saturday evenings, on the second floor, at 7:00, so in order to have an exclusive event on these evenings, we do require a minimum of 65 adult (over 21) and attending guests. We are able to host events with fewer guests, but there is the possibility of other guests being seated at the balance of the tables & in the bar area, as well as other parties booked, depending on the sizes of the event/s. With an exclusive event, we are able to close the second floor until 10:00pm, at the latest, (on Friday & Saturday evenings), as we have bands contracted to start at 10:30pm. However, even after letting the public into the space, we would be able to reserve a section for you & your party to enjoy, for the balance of the evening, at no cover charge. If you’re looking for a party on the second floor, on an evening that we are not normally open, there is no time constraint, but we do have minimums. Please ask Kiera for those minimums, as they are based on the day/ evening of the event and the approximate/anticipated guest count.

There is background music playing throughout the building, so you wouldn’t have to worry about music for your event. If you’re looking to bring in or have any outside entertainment at your event, please ask Kiera for details.

There is street parking in Red Bank, but we don’t have a dedicated lot. There is a valet service available every night, run by the town starting at 5:00pm nightly and for a cost of $7 per car, located diagonally across the street from The Downtown.

All beverage packages are priced per guest. Shots or “neat” drinks are not included in any bar packages. All liquor, wines, draft and bottled beer brands are subject to availability and may change at any time. Minimum of 20 people for any open bar package. All guests must be included in any open bar package and over the age of 21, with proper, valid identification (2 forms may be required).
